Warranty coverage depends on model, manufacturer, machine condition and quotation. The applicable period and responsible service party must be stated in the proforma invoice or order confirmation.
Used equipment is assessed by functional status and visible condition for the available batch. Cosmetic appearance does not by itself indicate hashrate performance.
For diagnosis, the buyer may be asked for the serial number, dashboard screenshot, fault log, photos and video. We will then advise remote troubleshooting, repair coordination or eligible parts support.
Unless otherwise agreed, coverage does not include damage caused by incorrect voltage, unstable power, water, corrosion, excessive dust, overheating, unauthorized modification, transport after delivery or improper operation.
ASIC miners are industrial equipment and are not accepted for change-of-mind returns after order confirmation. Any approved return or replacement must be authorized in writing before shipment.
