Shipping Policy

Air freight, express, sea freight and project logistics may be available depending on destination, quantity, battery restrictions, weight and customs requirements.

The estimated dispatch window starts after cleared payment and final order confirmation. Testing, serial-number recording, packaging and export documentation may affect processing time.

Unless the quotation states otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import permits, duties, taxes, customs examination and destination charges. Customs clearance time is outside the seller's direct control.

Packaging method and logistics documents are confirmed according to the order. Tracking or freight reference information is provided when available.

The buyer should inspect the shipment promptly and preserve cartons, labels, photos and opening video if damage or shortage is suspected. Claims must follow the carrier and transaction-specific time limits.
